a bali funeral
i was biking somewhere in the middle of bali when i saw a lot of people in traditional clothes on the side of the road. i stopped and found out they were preparing a funeral, which they allowed me to attend.
it was an incredible experience. everybody gathered around the naked deceased before cleaning him and wrapping him in a white cloth, then eventually burying him in the ground. in a few years, his body will be taken out of the ground in order to incinerate him.
